Morantz Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines are manufactured from extremely durable 14-gauge, 316L diaphragms and 14-gauge, 304 non-magnetic stainless steel. Occupying between 4 and 8 feet of wall space, they run off of standard 110/120 volt electrical current and the generators draw 20 amps (convertible to other electrical standards by special order).

All machines are completely portable. Mounted on heavy duty locking casters, they can be easily transported in a van or moved between floors in a building elevator.

Every Morantz Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, it’s digital generator, transducers and component parts, are hand built to exacting standards by trained technicians. Our machines meet UL (Underwriter’s Laboratory) and FCC (Federal Communications Commission) standards and are safe to use near computers, pacemakers, televisions, telephones and other equipment. Morantz systems have also been tested by and meet international standards including those of Canada and the European Community.

Morantz systems utilize top-of-the-line piezoelectric transducers tuned by digital generators. Depending on the model of your machine, these transducers are available either mounted to the tanks or as immersible packs which can be transferred from one tank to another. This portability maximizes the economics of a multi-tank system. Morantz transducers are attached by a vacuum-brazing process-the most durable mounting process. This attachment is guaranteed for the life of the machine.

All generators are tested in the factory for a 72 hour continuous test run prior to shipment. Our generators are covered by a 2-year warranty. Transducers are covered by a 10-year warranty.
